LPG High-Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer

Spray Dryer
Descriptions

Spray drying is the technology most widely used in the liquid technology shaping and in the drying industry. The drying technology is most suitable for producing solid powder or particle products from liquid materials, such as:solution, emulsion, suspension and pumpable paste states,For this reason, when the particle size and distribution of the final products, residual water contents, mass density and the particle shape must meet the precise standard, spray drying is one of the most desired technologies.
Principle
After been filtered and heated the air enters into the air distrbutor on the top of the dryer. The hot air enters into the drying room in the spiral form and uniformly. Passing through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower, the material liquid will rotate and be sprayed into the extremely fine mist liquid beads.Throug the very short time of contacting the heat air,the materials can be dried into the final products. The final products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclones. The waste gas will be discharged from blower.
Features
The drying speed is high when the material liquid is atomized, the surface area of the material will increase greatly. In the hot-air flow,95%-98% of water can be evaporated at a moment. The time of completing the drying is only several seconds. This is especially suitable for drying the heat sensitive materials.
Its final products own the good uniformity, flow ability & solubility. And the final products are high in purity and good in quality.
The producition procedures are simple and the operation and control are easy. The liquid with moisture contents of 40-60%(for special materials, the contents might be up to 90%).can be dried into the powder or particle products once a time. After the drying process, there is no need for smashing and sorting,so as to reduce the operation procedures in the production and to enhance the product purity. The product particle diameters, looseness and water contents can be adjusted through changing the operation condition within a certain range. It is very convenient to carry out control and managment.

PGL-B Spray Drying Granulator

PGL-B Spray Drying Granulator

Features:

Integrate spraying, drying fluid granulating in one body to realize granulating from liquid in one step.

Using the process of spraying, it is particularly suitable for micro auxiliary raw materials and heat sensitive raw materials. Its efficiency is 1-2 times that FL boiling granulating machine.
The final moisture of some products can reach 0.1%. It is equipped with powder returning device. The rate of granule forming is more than 85% with 0.2-2mm of diameter.
The improved inner roller multi-flow atomizer can treat the liquid extract with 1.3g/cm3 of gravity.

XSG Flash Dryer

Flash dryers have been used to dry products in many industries including food, chemical, mineral and polymer. A broad range of feed materials including powders, cakes, granules, flakes, pastes, gels, and slurries can be processed. For slurries, pastes, or sticky materials, backmixing of the wet feed with a portion of dry product to produce a suitable conditioned material is required.

The XSG Flash Dryer is a pneumatic system primarily used to dry products requiring the removal of free moisture. Drying takes place in a matter of seconds. Wet material is dispersed into a stream of heated air (or gas) which conveys it through a drying duct

This machine combines the whirl technology with the fluidity .ejection and smashing step technologies.

The equipment is compact and small in size ,high in production efficiency and continuous in the production .It has realized that "a small equipment can perform the large production ".

The drying capacity for this machine is big but its energy consumption is low. Its heat efficiency is high.

The materiral stay time is very short .The quality of the final products is very good ,The machine can be used for drying the heat sensitive materials .

For the negative pressure or the micro-negative pressure operation ,the machine is good for its tightness and high in the efficiency so as to eliminate the environmental pollution

Compete to Win

OTTAWA, June 26, 2008 – The Competition Policy Review Panel, chaired by L.R. Wilson, today provided its report to the Government of Canada, titled Compete to Win. The report puts forward a series of policy recommendations aimed at making Canada a more attractive destination for talent, investment and innovation, as well as a sweeping national Competitiveness Agenda based on the proposition that Canada’s standard of living and economic performance will be raised through more competition in Canada and from abroad. Greater competitive intensity in Canada will yield better products at lower prices, more jobs and higher earnings, stronger companies, and a stronger economy.

Joining Mr. Wilson on the Panel were N. Murray Edwards, Isabelle Hudon, P. Thomas Jenkins and Brian Levitt.

“The Panel believes that Canada needs to be more open to competition, as competition spurs the productivity enhancements that underpin our economic performance and ultimately our quality of life,” said Mr. Wilson……

We all know that competition is everywhere. Greater competitive intensity will yield better products at lower prices, higher earnings, stronger companies, and a stronger economy. So, you are influenced by competition when you sell or buy something. For example, if you want to buy fluid bed Granulators , you will find that Changzhou Yibu Drying Equipment Co., Ltd is your best choice after you compare it with other craft brother.

Compete to Win will be a eternal issue.

What are fluid bed dryers?

Fluid bed dryers are designed to dry powder particles, where the residual moisture content is higher than what is wanted in the final powder. Hot drying air is distributed through specially designed perforated plates, on which the powder particles/agglomerates are resting.

The velocity of the drying air makes the powder ‘fluidize’, i.e. the particles get airborne; however, to the extent that only the finest/smallest particles leave the fluid bed with the air, while the bigger particles/agglomerates are conveyed/transported with the upward and forward directed flow of air (due to the perforation technique of the plate) into the subsequent section. Here cold and/or dehumidified is introduced to cool the powder to the wanted temperature.

A fluidized bed consists of fluid-solid mixture that exhibits fluid-like properties. As such, the upper surface of the bed is relatively horizontal, which is analogous to hydrostatic behavior. The bed can be considered to be an inhomogeneous mixture of fluid and solid that can be represented by a single bulk density.

In fluidized beds, the contact of the solid particles with the fluidization medium (a gas or a liquid) is greatly enhanced when compared to packed beds. This behavior in fluidized combustion beds enables good thermal transport inside the system and good heat transfer between the bed and its container. Similarly to the good heat transfer, which enables thermal uniformity analogous to that of a well mixed gas, the bed can have a significant heat-capacity whilst maintaining a homogeneous temperature field.
Fluid bed drying is suited for powders, granules, agglomerates and pellets with an average particle size between 50 microns and 5 mm.
